And the fire departments dinner and a show for tomorrow night has been postponed.
Even if it don't snow it is going to be darned cold...and for the next week or so. But then it is supposed to warm back up a bit. It is January after all.
I cooked the chicken hind quarters yesterday. Had to set everything out in the garage, no room in the frig. This afternoon I got my stock put in containers and frozen. Thinking about making a chicken casserole of some kind.
